  • "I went to see Noelle for knee pain that was preventing me from doing any weighted leg work such as squats, lunges, etc. She determined my sartorius was outrageously tight and my leg weakened due to this ongoing tension. With specific exercises, dry needling and massage she was able to get me back to my previous level of activity without the pain, in only six sessions. She also gave me easy to follow exercises and stretches to prevent this from happening again. Additionally the therapy/exercises/stretches felt geared to my specific level of fitness and fitness goals. Two weeks out for my last sessions and still moving pain free and feeling great."
